Delete your account
// Applies to the NoctaVPN app (com.noctavpn) and your account on noctavpn.com
> From the app
Open Profile → Account and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
> Without the app
Email support@noctavpn.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account", or send the same request to @noctavpn_bot on Telegram. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days.
> What gets deleted
- Your account: email, phone number and display name
- Your VPN devices and their keys. The peers are removed from the servers, so access stops at once
- Your orders, payment records and balance
- Your subscription members and pending invites
- Your Telegram link, if you had one
- Any contacts stored under your account
> What we keep, and why
Bookkeeping law requires us to keep payment records for a set period. They stay for that period, but are no longer linked to your account. Crash reports and aggregate analytics contain no account identifiers and are not deleted individually.
Deleting your account does not refund an active subscription. Cancel or request a refund before deleting if that matters to you.
> Timeline
In-app deletion is immediate. Requests sent by email or Telegram are handled within 30 days. Backups are rotated within 30 days, after which no copy remains.
